I think they would set up a new joint JSA claim, i dont think his benefits would be affected too much.0 -
will he not let her move in (although sounds like she already has) if he won't get all the benefits he's getting now? surely the main thing is they are all together as a family and will just have to manage the same as everyone else until one of them gets a job0
