How far gone is she? They will need to make a joint claim. If it is before the end of term her student loans will be counted as income.
It does sound like she may be classed as living with him now. She needs to contact the DWP now, in order to stop an investigation at a later date.Gone ... or have I?0 -

I imagine the implication was that now that she is a mum to be she will not earn enough to repay the loans. However, there is nothing to say that she will not go on to have a career after baby is born.Gone ... or have I?0 -

Correct, that was my assumption. Based on, amongst other things, the fact that she has been raised by a parent who finds her current situation so hysterical..0 -
I find the OP's posts in regards to his/her daughters situation and boyfriend absolutely deplorable - what parent speaks about their children like that on a public forum? So, will assume a troll.....
But, I agree with DMG - as it already sounds like they are 'living together' as she spends most of the time with him. As her student loans are taken into account as income, I think they should be declaring their situation to DWP and HA and CT so that they don't get investigated for fraud at a later date.0 -
I would be very surprised if the OP is trolling. He is a regular poster with long term health problems. He just has a tendency of phrasing things rather badly (queue lynzpower threatening to report me!).Gone ... or have I?0

I read it the same why as others have at first but the hahahahaha part could relate to the current national job situation rather than the OPs Daughter and boyfriend.
What have done to upset lynzpower?0 -
