Phone with Qwerty Keyboard

I know what I want tariff wise, 500+ mins, 500+ texts, some internet, landlines (or more minutes). Currently pay 30 with orange but get 900 mins, no internet (can change).

Currently using a renoir and I could do with mobile internet, for me for a number of reasons that means a QWERTY keyboard.

Basic use will just be calls and text, bit of email (webmail). Don't care about camera or music etc.

Tried an N97 which I quite liked (the angle between the kb and screen worked well for me), but worried about the reliability problems.

Good size screen is important, I'm at that age where my arms aren't long enough.

Any suggestions/experiences. Not too worried about cost, may well buy it and go sim only (Can get 1200 mins, 3000 text, 500mb, landlines on voda for 25 quid sim only - 120 cb from quidco makes it 15pm so spending upto about 250 would be OK).

Blackberry is hopeless for me, keyboard is too small and I can't read the screen.

Do you need a physical keyboard or would a touch screen QWERTY keyboard be OK?

I've just got the HTC Desire and that is very easy to type on and has a big screen.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

It needs to be physical. The on screen qwerty on my renoir drives me bonkers. That is the sole reason I don't use internet at the moment.
