OP says nuked , implying that they used a microwave.
Simply fish as others have pointed out are cooked in a conventional oven.

Have had these several times myself, cooked them in my Remoska with no problems.

Err, OP says "they came out of the oven almost raw", implying that she used a conventional oven, and goes on to say "my advice is to Nuke them thoroughly", implying that she recommends a microwave as an alternative to a conventional oven...

They are in a foil pouch which is not a good idea for microwaves.

They might send you a voucher, I had an issue with some chicken nuggets there was a 1 inch bone in one of them. I nearly choked, I rang them up sent it away and thought nothing of it until i got a £10 birds eye voucher with a letter saying sorry. I stocked up on £1 birdeye deals mainly pettie pois as they are nearly £2.20 a bag.

OP a little bit of advice for future reference. I f you find that food is undercooked after removing from the oven try heating it for a bit longer until it is piping hot(as they often say on the packaging) and cooked to your liking.

Anyway most white fish can be eaten raw and it'll probably have more vitamins.

not to mention that you can cook any piece of fish without the bag as well which would allow you to check on the progress. I have had them quite a few times and they have always been fine. The small-ish portions and the fairly high price is worth not having your entire house smell like fish after cooking them.

I buy them because the bag conceals the smell and it has worked every time!

This may sound a stupid idea to some but have you ever considered fresh fish? I cooks a lot easier and tastes better.

Wrapping fish in a foil parcel works just as well at avoiding the smell - preferably with a bit of butter and a shake of herbs - or a dollop of honey and soy sauce is good on salmon.
