    For future reference if anyone come across this thread, https://www.yousendit.com will email large files from you to a stated recipient, they receive an email and a download link. Simple and free.

    Also do some arithmetic.
    Figure out just how long it would take to upload 147MB of data to anywhere.
    In my case, it would take well over 40 minutes (with an upload speed of 60KB/s).

    thing is,email isnt new and was never designed for file transfers
    plenty of other options/methods with some listed on this thread

    yeah well thats down to the uploaders connection,plus you could rar the file down for some methods

    Rather than rar/zip compress it with a video codec like DivX and you'll probably get it down below 20 MB
