Slippy decking at rented property

Just thinking aloud really - if a property has decking and it's really slippery when it's wet - is it the landlord's responsibility to maintain it or the tenants?

Probably depends on what it was like on moving in. If it was all green and slippy on moving in probably the LL, if it was not bad before and the tenant has just left it to get to that state probably the tenant.
The Tenant is expected to take reasonable care of the property during the rental period, and a quick occasional clean of the decking (like cutting the grass) is one of those things.0
