Hi from a nervous new dfw

This isn't really a new thread but more of a hello from me to all you really nice sounding dfw's out there! I have been receiving mailings since early July and when I read people's threads I am overcome by all the positive, non-judgmental and helpful responses- particularly noticeable from fishface69, southernscouser, scottishspendaholic to name but a few.
I have also recently sent my 1st letter to my bank ( nat-west ) requesting unfair bank charges of £2,699 refunding! They have today sent me a reply saying all their charges are fair.
Here's to many more chats with all you lovely dfw's out there!

Thanks guys - I was really unsure whether to drop my chase for bank charges - not sure I will have the guts to go to court if it comes to that! Anyway I wrote the next letter - letter before action - & posted today; see what happens next as I am led to believe nat-west can be real b*^*^*^sDMP starts June 2012, £38,180.
