It's a private members shopping club. You basically get first look at sales - they sell all kinds of things on there from lingerie to clothes to homewares. It's not just designer although a lot of it is that kind of thing.

You have to be a member to just have a look at the sales.

Sounds like my experiences with La Redoute- ordered 3 times, after waiting a month per each order I gave up and cancelled. I had used a discount code each time having just met the threshold each time yet funnily enough nothing arrived. I now don't bother! Wonder if the companies are linked in some way?

I think this is a bit unfair, like many of these sale sites they don't hold the goods in stock (unless you order from the shop).

When you place an order they give you an indication of when the goods will be delivered and in the FAQ they say this is usually between 10 and 20 working days, ie 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes, this is a long time but I don't think it's fair to slam them for something they're upfront about. These are not sites to use for instant gratification

I've been using SecretSales for over a year, most of which with the VIP membership that gives you free delivery, and have been generally happy with the goods, quality and delivery times.

BrandAlley are the same for most of their sales, occasionally they'll have some where the goods are dispatched immediately.
