I used to be a regular customer of secret sales but I'd like to let everyone know that last week I received a balenciaga bag (they were selling these for £550) which was counterfit. When I rang up to complain the lady said she was aware of the issue and they have had alot of complaints. They haven't let any of their customers know the bags were fake so anyone that isn't an expert is probably blissfully unaware. I am currently waiting for them to get back to me about what they are going to do to resolve this very serious issue.

Oh yes, and if you have any issues or queries, don't bother e-mailing as they never respond. It usually takes several attempts to get through to them on the phone and when you do their customer service is rubbish.

Hi, I used this company for a first order about a month ago and ordered some earrings. I also recommended a friend to gain the £5.00 voucher. When the earrings arrived instead of a pair of white and a pair of black, I had three white earrings and 1 black. They also looked tacky and cheap. I sent them back obviously, but to this day I have still not received my £5.00 voucher for referring a friend either. They are a waste of time - please don't bother.

I ordered 2 t shirts from them for my husband bday a month later and I was still waiting for delivery, like previous poster said could not get through on phone for ages and its an 0845 number. once through they said they had tried to deliver twice but they had not. eventually got a refund which i am still waiting for.

I've used Secret Sales a few times and have had no problems. It does state on the order details when you should expect the items, sometimes this is up to 4 weeks as I understand SS have to order from their suppliers and then dispatch to their customers.

However that is outragious that they sent an MSE'r fake goods!!!

I would like to ask if anyone has had dealings with SecretSales customer service, or should I say a distinct lack of customer service.

They rarely respond to phonecalls and emails. I have had nothing but trouble with them over an order, which I did on the 19th May, meant to be delivered by the 4th Jun. They said they didn't get the stock by that delivery date, though they claimed that had it a few days later. 3 weeks later and then they said they didn't have the stock, refunded part of my order and dispatched the rest. Thing is when you order a bra and knicker set, when the knickers are there, bra is pretty much useless. They didn't even bother to ask me if I want the bra on its own, they just sent it. So now I am going to be forced to send it back, paying for their mistake and with all of this, they are refusing to communicate with me about it. I also wish to get the money back I am owed, fat chance at this rate.

3 phonecalls over 3 working days, 3 emails over the 3 working days and not anything from them.

Up until this order, I had been happy with SS, but now, they are showing a distinct lack of service.

Anyone ever successfully hear from their customer service?

Hi guys,

On the 25th I ordered on of their Rise dresses.

It says to expect delivery before 9th July, however if it doesnt arrive by then? Am I able to cancel it?

Also, regarding returns, if you pay to post it back, will they definatley refund you your full amount, even if it just doesnt fit?

I have had a bad experience with them. The end date of the expected delivery was the 28th, they got back to me today stating there is a delay (nice of them to inform me) and basically they do not know when the item will be sent to me.

I find it unacceptable to place an order and the delivery not turning up on the date specified (after such a long wait) and then being told they do not know when the product will be delivered, this could go on forever while holding on to my money. I want to nip it in the bud now and asked for a refund. Looking at past posts I will probably be waiting just as long for that. I paid via PayPal so will open a dispute if this doesn't get sorted.

Just to let you know Secret Sales has addressed some of the customer service issues on their Facebook page after someone posted a message on the discussion board about poor service. This sparked a message from them followed by many similar comments from other customers - all which received a reply from the Secret Sale rep. If you are on facebook you can go to their page and you'll find the whole drama. They clearly seem to be aware that there are problems and they insist they are working hard to improve customer service. I really like the site and have had some great bargains from them!
