Does anyone know if they let you cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet?

I used the second code which was fine and then added a referral £5 voucher I still had to use but didn't realise it got rid of the £10 off until after I paid!!

I still want the order, but at the cheaper price!

I have sent an e-mail as I don't know when I'll get the chance to call customer services... but if anyone can let me know if they've done it successfully before I'd appreciate it.. thanks

Hi, sorry to be a pain. How does this voucher work?
Keep trying it (with a watch from amazon.co.uk) but it says it can't be used.

Probably something i'm doing, am not good at this online shopping lark!! lol

Well, I used the last Secret Sales code used on here and ended up with 4 earrings (3 in black and one in white) instead of two pairs. I sent them back and they refunded 50p to my bank account. I wouldn't have minded but they were cheap and tatty looking. I shall not use them again.

Just brought a nice bra in their daniel hechter swimwear and lingerie sale - rrp £55, now £16, used the £5 code to bring price down to £11 and didn't have to pay any p&p because I have vip membership (pay £20 and get free unlimited p&p for a year), there is some really nice stuff in the sale so would have brought more but I already ordered a few things from la senza the other day so better not!

Tempted to order some towels from the christie sale for xmas presents, could check each one out individually and use the discount code each which would mean I'd get bath towels for £6 and hand towels for £1 each but a bit worried incase they stopped me doing it, anyone have any thoughts?
