OMG something has got to be done. I have just tried on my dress that i have bought for my brothers wedding and i look like a umper lumper  It fit lovely a few months after i had H as i was breast feeding and lost some weight now it is so tight! I am not sure about it at all. It is this dress I need to lose weight and fast!

I am currently on slim fast but i pick all the time as i feel hungry. I have heard good things about the cambridge diet but i need a doc to sign it is safe for me to do it and he won't. I had better dust of the stepper in the garage.
    This is my signature!

Elasti - what about the Special K two week thing? If you are hungry, try and eat healthy snacks or fruit. Someone mentioned about drinking water cos hunger is sometimes mistaken for thirst (think it was SS).
TBH I don't think the stepper will do much unless you really work hard.

I'm one of those lucky people who can lose a stone if I don't eat for a few days but I wouldn't recommend it!

Where does the time go?

Elasti, I lost half a stone in a couple of weeks on the Slimming World Diet. I've never dieted before and am terrible at not making a proper lunch. I had to eat more, lots more and it really worked, and even though I went straight back to eating as I was before I've put none of it back on.

    Well done Becles!!!

We had a strange night here so I'm tired today, just hoping the jabs today don't unsettle him too much too.

It's hurting feeding again this morning, more one side and Alfie is fussing a bit. It almost seems like there's not enough milk but if I squeeze then some comes out  Sorry if you're just having your breakfast!
Do you think he might be teething? Edgar fed funny while teething after for a while after they came through and he was getting used to them. it was quite painful at times and I had to persevere with taking him off and on at times to get his latch back properly but it wasn't a long time before it was sorted :)

I totally forgot to put Happy Birthday Jayden in my post last night  I hope he cheered up after opening his card, bless him that photo made me chuckle :p

Anyone planning to go to Alton towers/legoland/sealife centre etc in the holidays there is a voucher book being sent out with the tesco clubcard statement with 3 x 1 free entry with a full paying adult vouchers along with lots of other extra points and money off vouchers.

Hope all hubby's are confirmed to be in fine fettle soon! :)

Is he feeding more than he has been? Occasionally Alice used to feed more (it kind of went up and down but the overall trend was down) I would start to get a little bit sore.

No not feeding more. (I forgot to feed him yesterday afternoon and he went 5 hours in between feeds)

Fernliebee yes that might be it, being lazy. Next feed I'll take him off and try him again to see if it helps.

    Happy Birthday to MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :D:D:D

Happy birthday chick! You have any nice plans for tonight or the weekend to celebrate?

Elasti that 's a lovely dress, not sure about dieting tips but hope you can feel good in it in time for the wedding.

Jabs went ok, A cried just for a couple of minutes and fine now. Hasn't put on much weight though so has dropped a centile. Has still put some on though so I guess I don't need to worry. I knew he must be reasonably small as some 0-3 month clothes still fit and he was 4 months yesterday.

    Morning everyone, hope everyones ok?

Sami with the clubcard vouchers all the ones ive seen on ebay have said they'll send off for the 'reward' then forward it onto buyer, so you may need to do it that way,

magic knickers/spanx- ive got lots lol, the best ones ive got are from m&s, ive got some from very too, also those tummy clincher ones, where its just like a corset for the stomach lol, they'r no good if the dress is slinky or at all tight cos they have like bra strap hooks that you can see through the outfit,

beenie - hope you're ok if your lurking:)

    Happy birthday glam!

Sorry and hope all OHs are ok. (Knew there was something else!)

Sami yes I think he is teething, no red cheeks but A LOT of dribbling going on! Also chewing on anything that goes near his mouth and I can see one white dot on his gum at the bottom.

SJ, from what I can remember a lot of ours dropped a centile at one point or another. Maddy was quite big born but I think she's going to end up being diddy-ish, which I love.
