Lovely, thank you. They look really good fun. I'll have a look around and see where the cheapest are (Daddy says we can't buy Caitlin too much as she will get lots from other people, but I want to get her a couple of bits to open, as her main present is a swing).

LOL .... when LO walks off on us, she just waves and runs off in her own direction.
they are such funny things
has anyone found the size 5 Pampers baby dry not to be as absorbent as the 4+ size? i appreciate it may be that LO has been pretty heavy with her wetting of late. she still has a lot of liquid, and even more when it has been warm like it has. i have changed her a lot more today and i normally would0 -

We have tons of bath toys but none amuse like a couple of sponges and a plastic beaker
Poppy is 'terrified' of the plastic beaker as she hates getting her hair washed and Jamie takes bites out of sponges!

Oooh, that looks good too MFD. Decisions decisions...
Caitlin loves a set of plastic bowls that she has in the bath. We have to take the sponge away when we finish washing her now, as she took a bite out of one and swallowed it before we got chance to fish it out of her mouth
Am off to bed for my early night (that's not so early anymore!)

Our favourite bath toy is a big sister lol... Other than that we like the foam letters that stick to the bath and a set of foam mermaid things that do the same that I got Aimee for £2 from Asda...
Incidentally, I was asking Aimee about fairies, princesses and mermaids earlier... Apparently Princesses are her favourite, followed by mermaids and fairies number 3... Don't think we'll get the fairy wallpaper then :rolleyes:A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Who was it who recommended the Argos clearance paddling pool a while back? Krystal? Finally got round to unpacking it, it's mahoosive... but I don't even have a manual foot pump, there's absolutely no way I'm inflating that by mouth! So it'll be more shopping tomorrow then
(can get sand for the sand table at the same time...)
Congrats EA! Lovely picture, hope the rest of your day has also been greatSami - is E really finding the Amber necklace irritating, am thinking of getting T one already as they say can be used from 8 weeks and then they don't notice them. Thanks for the linkie to feelies post, really helpful x!

Ours doesn't have any noticeable effect as yet apart from many annoying questions from family :rolleyes:Just been in the Streatham sainsbury's, there was a selection of dads stuff at the end of one isle but I couldn't see the book Sami mentionedSeptemberBaby wrote: »Right, I'm away now ladies and gents.
We're going to the IL's this afternoon. Poppy calls FIL 'Other Grandad'! Not sure how he would feel about this if he knew. How does everyone else distinguish? The GP's are not keen on their first name being tagged on. Its ok with our Mums as they are Nanna and Granny
xx
We call my GPs slightly naughty names at homeThere's Kissy Nanny, Smokey Nanny and Nice Gdad & Gma
The boys actual GPs are Grandma & Granddad and Nonna & Pops
Tia - I think sainsbury's still sell scrummy root beer, anyone else remember when Maccy's did root beer?Krystaltips wrote: »I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to know how to make that tutu!!!
And Caitlyn wanted to wish Edgar a happy birthday on her way to bed... She said if he was here she'd knock him over with a kiss
Edgar says thank you for the birthday wishesHe's had a great day, had his first taste of honey this morning on an American pancake (nommy nom) Then a bbq party with Cake made by my own fair hands which my sis said was immense  He's awake currently, all mixed up from the excitement.
Photos will surface tomorrow unless I can muster the effort tonight0 -

Glad Ed had a fab birthday. I thought they had to be 3 to have honeyit is practically the only thing I follow after someone linked to a study showing an increase in cases of botulism in littlies.
Edit - oh it is 12 months!!! We don't eat honey anyway but I haven't even let him touch honey cheerios!!!! Poor babba!

:rotfl:How cute.
When K has a strop he bends over, bum in the air and sticks his head on the floor, and proceeds to whinge. I tried the walking off on him, he stood up, took one glance at me and ran off the other direction laughing hystericallyf:cool::rotfl:
SM - Father's day/Mother's day, we always usually do each other breakfast in bed...'made and served by the kids';) We don't usually buy each other anything, but will order a take-away or go the chippy...or else just cook the other one a nice steak/gammon, something we don't usually have.
Although this year we seem to have bought each other a gift, I got pyjama's and slippers, and I have bought dh pyjama's(loungewear set) and the Frankie Boyle book I had planned on giving him for his birthday:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
