He's 8 months now, and so much more confident with the whole sitting up, and moving around thing. He's even started to cruise round the furniture though that always ends up with him flat on his back in tears!Nicki was it your half term this week? How's it been? One back to school on Monday and the other back on Tuesday, and boy am I glad for that! We've had a really quiet half term I'm afraid with no organised trips out, just little runs to the park for DD and lunch out one day for them all. I was going to take them swimming, but DS lost his trunks (cue major panic as there is a school swimming gala next week). I will be glad to get back into the normal routine next week though.0 -
Muso - do you have a spare room you can set up as a 'haven' for someone to get some sleep while Holly's in your bed with the other?
I used to go in the spare room with Jack and let OH get some sleep when he was working, in fact I still go in there in the middle of the night out of habit.
I love Holly's middle name BTW
Unfortunately our spare room is Holly's room and there's barely enough space in it to change her nappies let alone sleep in! Oh for a bigger house! DH insisted he was quite happy on the floor as he's used to camping - he even refused to get the airbed out!
Thanks on the name - DH wanted Alice but I wanted something a bit more modern so we kind of merged the 2 ideas!
Watching BGT too - I'm torn between the dog, the impressionist and the gymnasts.0 -
I want the dog to win! Not that I've watched it at all tonight!0

DH has just been sitting with Holly on his lap. He took her upstairs and came back down with poo all sprayed down his side! :rotfl:0

Oooh, decisions decisions! Can't make my mind up. Love Chandi, love Chris Stone, love that impressionist even though I didn't like him before...
EDIT: and those two street dance boys!
