it's too hot to do housework :p:p DH is going out tonight so need to decide what to make myself for dinner as cooking a full meal is totally too much effort for just 1 person :p.

    Hello Everyone.

Can someone tell me an easy way to give gripe water to my little girl? I have tried a spoon and a syringe but just keeps coming straight back out her mouth! She is nearly 8 weeks old.

I've decided housework is too dangerous so I'm not doing any today. My ankle is sore! And so is my shoulder (which is strange because it's the side that I punched myself with?).

Jolene, do you have a bottle teat? Pop it in her mouth and put the gripe water in there and she should suck at it.

    [STRIKE]Morning [/STRIKE]err Hello all!

SS - I'm so sorry I was totally not reading properly and didn't see the last bit of our post yesterday :( I hope you are feeling a bit brighter today, lots of lovely hugs for you and your friend xxx

I'm not caught up yet but I had to post to say Chris just came up to me and said "Muuuuuum, I want a melon (he means lemon) turned in to an orange" :rotfl: He wants an orange but knows we don't have any but we do have a lemon in the fridge, anyone know the magic words for that spell? :p

Edgar's Amber necklace has arrived, it seems to annoy him at the moment but hopefully he'll get used to it once it's been on for a while, for those without FB accounts [LINK REMOVED]

My Anniversary gift has been delivered (well left on the step, showing the massive 'flowers' text to all n sundry without a note pushed through ) Its a good job Christopher is capable of telling me whats going on - he came upstairs to tell me someone was at the door (they didn't ring the bl00dly bell!) and he told me it was the postie with a box so I looked out side just in case. anyway Hubby got me 12 roses and an I love you balloon and he gave me a wii game last night - just dance and I had to stop before I got a stitch after literally 2 mins :o me thinks Sami needs to do some exercise!:p
