Poor Alice, hopefully she will grow out of it as my lot have but in unsure if it has anything to do with us moving from a town to a village? If you get a humidifier that should help her when she sleeps esp when it gets very warm or when the heating is on. Other than that medication does help and she will be watched closer and be assigned an astma nurse.
Thanks. OH's asthma is pretty mild but he used to get chest infections a lot as a child and was hopsitalised twice with pneumonia.
mfd he said better experinced (sp?) as well but they said they're still going to keep his cv for possible future positions x
That's encouraging as it means at least they do think he's good enough for the job.

Made my phonecall! Don't know if you ladies know but I do a bit of mystery shopping. I had to send a form off last week and I've been selected to be sent on a holiday! Of course it is a job and I have to do reports and things on it whilst I'm there - but WOOOHOOO! These kind of things never happen to me!

LUCKY YOU. I know you can't say client names but can you tell me which MS company it is? (you can use intials/abbreviations) I'd love to get a holiday...best I get is pub lunches :p:p

Just got back from meeting up with Jenny. My little man got very stroppy and demanded his nap, which is usually why I have to leave meet-ups, baby group, etc :p he doesn't like too much change from the routine! Today is also Day 1 of cold turkey weaning from the binky/dummy/soother () and it's going surprisingly well, which prolly means tomorrow will be hell :p.

I agree with tia, if you can't tell her to take a flying jump at least say that you want paying. XX

We don't drink alcohol either, just don't like the taste.

ETA sorry about the job SM

Orrr, blatently lie and say someone reported you as an illegal childminder and even though your not getting payment (well i assume your not) you dont want to have to deal with all the stress of constantly proving your innocense with two small children to look after.
Its not fair on them to have a stressed mum who might be facing charges... hehe.

Or if you dont like her a simple "Look i dont like your or your son, he's a brat. So why dont you just get a real childminder and leave me alone" :D:D

My last drink was my 20th birthday in Jan09 as we were ttc.

I then had a pre mixed can of pimms the other day. It went straight to my head, and also wasn't as nice as i thought.

Also, i've discovered mocktails and they are lush.

I hate it when i tell people we dont drink and they say "How do you have fun then?"

I like say back "Well dont need alcohol to have fun, we simply enjoy each others company without having to rely on drink"

Its good as it makes them doubt their own lives, serves them right :p
