Our Vicar is away, so I can't ask him. I have 4 Sundays so hopefully he's back next week. There's history there though, he's cross with us for not marrying here. Hope he doesn't refuse, he refused to Baptise Maddy.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Eek Tara, can the stand in read them?Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

I agree with others- get onto the stand-in Tara. That way you can also circumvent (is that the word) the bitter vicar.

Giant catch up post coming...
Big hugs for sJ, lovely, it sounds like you need them.
Good luck EA, getting close...
:j Boo and the feeding!!
:grouphug: WM, I hope you feel better for ranting.
MFD, I'm glad it was a good holiday but  at the nursery girls. I think some people are just very stupid.
We had a mostly good time, a couple of  moments because of people making stuff up but mostly ok. We didn't make it to the Imperial War Museum though so we're considering going back for maybe a week in September and letting Husband spend loads of time there while I maximise my geek at a range of smaller museums :j
(if anyone's meeting there and would like a tagalong please PM me the plans to coordinate...)
Lovely picture Jennyand Tara
Aless, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and even more that you both got to go! Who minded Finn? Husband was rather insistent that he should be allowed to go anyway and lie to them (I didn't tell him I'd given away his slot) so I was a bit  but I distracted him and he's only a bit gutted. I wouldn't have gone though, I'm such a wimp :rotfl:
About weddings, my mother was given small tasks to take care of for us, like collecting addresses and so on, and that kept her away from the big decisions. They took care of the wedding cars and that was their gift to us - we didn't care about them so it was no big deal(I said we'd just organise taxis, my poor mother turned purple trying not to say anything negative).
MFD, that was a friend of mine feeling silly because she didn't think Husband used his real birthday. Husband's possessive friend was on his FB page saying "Happy birthday!1!1!1" because she is apparently illiterate. Thank you all for being so proactive though
Husband thanks you for the birthday wishes. He had a good day, although today was a nightmare. An epic nightmare.
About the boy with the hearing implants, the Deaf community (often referred to as the Big-D-Deaf community) can be pretty funny about people who make attempts to hear; the thinking seems to be that they should consider their deafness as a different mode of perception rather than a disability. I wrote a couple of papers comparing this phenomenon with a similar one where people with delusions believe they're not necessarily a harmful or a negative thing. It's really interesting and of course if anyone wanted to ask me about it I would jam my geek hat firmly on and wax lengthy and interminable.
Hello musogirl, it does get easier and I hope you're recovering ok. Also hello livelaughlove and lou66
Cuddles for 3's V after her jabs. I passed on the purple spotty coat to a friend of mine who's about to have a baby, it failed to fit Molly
Well done Tia's Amber for cruising, Rhys for being sooo big, Alex for commando crawling, all the new teeth, Natalie's A for standing, everyone's lovely little ones and bigger ones for whatever they've done that I've missed.

I think you answered your own question there
Aw - babba is coughing in his sleep. I can imagine him there with his little hand like a starfish over his mouth, too cuteHe is like a little copying sponge at the moment. He puts his finger to his lip to say sssshhhh and covers his mouth when he coughs, he also goes around everyone when ITNG comes on to do a little boat in the palm of everyones hand :A

Green and in Wirral?
If anyone else is bidding on it let me know - I don't want a bidding war with a friend!I'm still unsure whether or not to bid, and if I do, whats the max I want to pay?!?
That's the one - it's gorgeous isn't it? I'm not gonna be bidding though...because of the below!
We bought a new house  We had no real plans to move but saw a bargain a few days ago and figured we'd make an offer and err...it's been accepted! Officially cacking my pants now as I wasn't expecting it to happen, house is going up for sale tomorrow & needs to shift quick, eek!
Beenie I'm not 100% sure of the difference but I think it's frame related, because the new Joolz parasol doesn't fit the old Joolz apparently, but that's all I know
Sorry your mum's being a pain EA, she sounds pretty thoughtless. Hope you can see past it (i.e. try to ignore her when she annoys you!) and get on with having a lovely wedding.
Sorry to hear about your OH WM, sounds like he needs a good slap! But :j for a lovely clever baby boy cheering his mummy up!
Boo how exciting! Show us the dress
Congrats Muso, it does get better  I don't know about expressing alongside BFing but I only ever expressed as he wouldn't latched, and never experienced any issues with supply.
LLL how was psychic night?
Any one know roughly how long it should take for TCs to be paid from sending off the form? I know we're entitled but not heard anything and sent it a couple of weeks ago.
Hope I've not missed anything important but gonna have to go and get busy tidying the house, fun fun fun!
