approved foods is a site that sells food that can be past its best before date butnot use by date, there is a lot of good things and a lot of rubbish too lol! most of it is bulk buy which really suits me :D not everything is past date, there can also be crates of unbranded tins but if you get on the forum most people will tell you the brand it really is lol! will let you know what its like when it arrives!

Trumpette socks are beautiful socks and they sell for just as much second hand as they are new!

But Mel your already ordering lol! i think ill do a shop for thurs so it will all turn up at once!
I think i may be taking the cottage at Ashbourne its £400 for the week, 6 hour drive there, 25 mins to alton towers and 1 hour to drayton manor with thomas land :D just need to ebay sell and eat beans on toast!
What's for you won't go past you

  • Hiya ladies and Bruno,

So much to say, so little energy in my fingers :o

We had a lovely but exhausting weekend. Benjamin hated kids club and we got called out of our mud treatment - cue me having to tramp through the lovely spa still covered in mud (albeit wrapped in a robe) to call the kids club looking like captain caveman :rotfl::rotfl:

I knew there was a fair chance he wouldn't like it so I wasn't surprised! But the st00pid young girls who were supposed to be looking after him hadn't even tried changing his nappy, giving him a drink or a snack or giving him the bottle I had left for him *rolleyes*

    How is everyone?

Im here!! Just caught up, phew!!

Where would I buy a finger toothbrush? I have got a proper size baby toothbrush but seems a bit OTT just for getting T used to having his tooth brushed, not that its actually a proper tooth yet. Lol!!

Went to Yeovil car boot today and did not find one thing, booooo. It got really hot and sunny, double booooo (Im not a lover of the heat can u tell!!) DH got a food processor for his apples as he is gonna try cider making so least it was something to come home with. We even got there early and queued to get in and everything, haha!!

Beenie, if it helps, I bought the Mura without trying it first and I love it. If I could have tried it first I would have done though I think. Mind u, I always think prams are nice to push but its not till Ive been pushing them into town or something that I seem to notice the bad points (like not easy to get up pavements etc).

    xx
