knew I'd forgotten something! mfd, my hayfever manifested as nose bleeds as a child, I had them almost every day for weeks on end during summer
I had a nosebleed on saturday - hayfever season is here!0 -
MFD - didn't you see me suggest the hair dryer?
I'd never put a baby down with wet hair, it just feels wrong.
Sorry, yes I did see...it just felt like the general consensus was against us
I do hope it isn't hayfever...although he has had a runny nose for weeks nowKrystaltips wrote: »In oh so many ways
How irritating SS, can you send them a strongly worded email?
It would appear I'm not as averse to honey as previously suspected... Just had some on toast...
Maybe you are pregnant?
My bank just called to alert me that an unusually large payment has just hit my account (my redundancy) and to ask if I knew what I was going to do with the money!!! Don't know whether to be impressed that they are so on the ball (it was a guy from my home branch that called) or a bit  that I have been subjected to targetted marketing!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

But I'm not
The bank probably has an automated system to flag up large transactions... And that fella would be on for meeting targets if he flogged you any products, it's in his interest to be on the ballA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

MFD, we used to print all our branch account activity each morning and would look for large credits to peoples accounts, credit card payments etc. Rounded off credit card payments meant only a partial payment to a card so a possible loan opportunity, large credits meant possible savings accounts or investments. Then we had to ring them, hence why I left!Too many children, too little time!!!0

Ebay Sami, and I'm going to keep them as a lesson to myself that if something looks too good to be true (three glasses with international delivery for less than the retail value of one glass) then it probably is.
They're hilarious, though - when Molly is older and we have special occasions we can give her a teeny glass instead of a big one and it will matter less if she drops it. Clouds have linings..Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I hate the way that they call me to sell me something (that I inevitably don't want) and then ask me to confirm my details!! You phoned me you numpty!!!
I always refuse to give them my details and then complain. It was only because this one told me what he wanted (and he was from Chesterfield) that I didn't tell him to b00ger off!! :rotfl:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
OH has invited his friends to stay with us the weekend of the wedding. I'm worried how we will manage. They are coming from Holland so I feel bad being concerned but it's playing on my mind. He ignored the conversation we had about them maybe being in B&B down the road.Too many children, too little time!!!0

Uh-oh!! Do they know you are getting married then?
Do you have any friends or family close by who would put them up for you?
Just book them into the B&B and tell OH that either he pays or they do?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

hopefully not hayfever but at least if it is then medicine helps. If he's had a runny nose it could just be he was mining for bogeysEbay Sami, and I'm going to keep them as a lesson to myself that if something looks too good to be true (three glasses with international delivery for less than the retail value of one glass) then it probably is.

MFD, the easiest Bearnaise recipe in the world:
2 oz. butter for each yolk
Egg yolk(s)
Tarragon to taste
Melt butter (hot) in microwave and pour into blender. Add one egg yolk for each 2 ounces of butter and add tarragon. Blend. Serve immediately.
Or if you're not a lazybones, a proper recipe. It's barely different from making hollandaiseOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
