Not really! :( His Dad had his 1st heart attack when he was 2 years older than OH, then a triple bypass a couple of years later. More tests Thursday then docs again for results next week! He's fit, doesn't drink or smoke, eats well so we weren't expecting it.

EA, my dress is too big as well, went saturday so having quite a lot chopped off it!

((hugs)) then tara .. can imagine how worried you both are ...

ea .. you getting freaked out :rotfl:x

Thanks SS, how are you doing, what happened about your flights, did I read on Fb that you had some booked? It actually crossed my mind on Saturday that Maddy might not have her Daddy unless he takes care, but he is very healthy which is why it was such a shock, so maybe the thing with his Dad was more an inherited condition rather than diet etc.. oh I don't know, just scary.

The flights are next weekend Tara, and hopefully he'll be home to take them :)

His blood counts are normal, his pancreas looks the same as it did before, all his other organs are grand - but (he'll kill me for talking about this, and if you're eating you shouldn't highlight what's coming up) he had an enormous amount of poop in there, so much they could see it on his Xray. So he's had medication for that and some painkillers, and hopefully that'll ease the pressure on his system and his BP will come down. At the moment it's still 160/100

I've been thinking about that Tara, and worrying about the effect all of this will have on Molly. It's hard to be the one who isn't sick as well as the one who is.

I think so :D Just looked at my spreadsheet and we've spent £946 :money:
But i think my mum is giving us £100 for buffet.

Have to take OH's suit back to burton as the trousers are to small and the jacket is too big
I knew he wasn't a 28" waist anymore, but he insisted as his jeans are 28" :rotfl:

Eczema can be linked to milk allergy can't it? How is Davids Eczema doing?

:A Thank you for asking. His eczema has flared up badly since we started adding dairy products when weaning * sigh* . At least we know know tho about the milk allergy. I have been given soya formula on prescription to try him on (he is still breast fed but as an extra drink or to make up sauces etc) but he obviously thinks it tastes vile - he pulls the funniest faces! I just hope now that his eczema improves with no dairy in his diet as my docs are very reluctant to cut dairy out of my diet because my bones have been badly affected by the cancer treatment and I am already osteopenic (the stage before osteoporosis :()

Anyway, how is Alex getting on? How are you getting on with the pram..... I think it is especially fab in the gorgeous weather -they are soooo well protected from the sun with the hood :T plus I can stop being jealous of you because you hopefully aren't using your sickeningly gorgeous footmuff in this weather :rotfl:

in case anyone is interested I'm 99% sure Cows milk is what affects Chris's eczema. He has goats milk all the time now and I limit his cows milk products but he starts itching within hours of having them when he does. The only reason he has them is because goats yoghurt is vile _pale_ and I've not come across goaty ice cream.
Weezl do you have a list/link to calcium rich non dairy foods?

Thanks for that info Sami, cows millk, skimmed milk powder and fromage frais are what we have discovered exacerbate David's exzema and he is most definitely allergic to them. Is there any reason why you don't give Chris soya products? The soya yoghurts are surprisingly nice :)

Weezl, I hope you have a list too :A

Loads of hugs and get well vibes to all in need

Friday when he went on his own it was 153/103, yesterday it was 156/105, so still the same. The ECG showed some of the readings were too high because of his blood pressure but she was more concerned over one that was too low, so not peaking enough, but she had to speak to a cardiac doctor before telling us more.

Oh and Thursday are blood tests to check kidneys and thyroid.
