    Have I missed you Mfd?

I was going to ask if I should bring a pushchair with me tomorrow and which one of mine would fit into your boot best?

Koag - did you get a sling? I put Isla in one during the service and there wasn't a peep from her and it meant if there was I could stand up and sneak to the back with her.

We do have one actually, but I think I will keep him in the car seat cos he may fall asleep in the car in it and hopefully stay asleep

Hey Tara, its ok :) its OH's grandma, she was 82, she had a heartattack then a massive stroke, then died 3 days later. I was crying in bed last night, she was a lovely woman, I have no grandparents and she was like the grandma I never had.

Guinea, E is in his cot in his room, and I just have a cotbed sheet on his mattress and he has a sleeping bag and thats it lol

Guinea - I just wing it so prolly not the best person to give advice! I've got a waterproof mattress protector, then a fitted sheet on top of that. I've then got a flat sheet that's tucked in so that it comes about halfway up the cot (so tuck according to how long your baby is since their feet go at the bottom of the cot, IYSWIM). I don't use a sleeping bag so then we've also got a blankie that sits on top of the flat sheet but is only loosely tucked in. Does that help?? I'm prolly the only person around that doesn't use a sleeping bag though :p

Forgot to say earlier major hugs to SS...wish I had the cash to come to Germany to babysit  (I took 4 years of German in high school, but do I remember more than a few phrases? Nope!)

I've just fed the children pasta for tea... Caitlyn's gone completely orange in the face!

I've run her a bath but she's sitting in the highchair making grunty noises so I might give her five minutes before I fetch her out... Don't want any wee beige jobbies floating on the top there... ;)

Aimee's off to bed shortly... She had an absolutely attrocious (sp?!) tantrum at my friends so I think an early night is in order...

SM, phew. I haven't been on since last week so I'm outta date too. Glad the counselling went well. Maddy has 6 teeth, 4 in the last 2 weeks but won't drink her milk at the moment so will have to go clinic on Thursday. Wish I was going to the meet.
Too many children, too little time!!!

Boo-well done on your weight loss! That is an awesome result :T.

(quickly as need to go feed the little man), boo - do you go to WW meetings or is it the online verison? Between you & GISI's success using diet "programmes" I'm thinking I just need to bite the bullet and join one of them or else I will never ever shift a pound...:o

I personally need the discipline of being weighed by someone else each week. I've done WW before and lost over two stone. It's definitely a good diet, especially if you cook from scratch a lot.

Quick question and aplogies for asking what you may think is a stupid question but, here goes!

Our baby has been sleeping in a moses basket in our room since day one but is now getting too big for it and so we're going to be moving him into his own room in a cot. Here's the stupid question...how do you make a bed for a baby? What do you actually do? He has been sleeping in those grow bags but I would like him to have bedding. How do I go about this and does anyone have a picture of their bubba so I have a better idea?
Many thanks and once again, sorry for being so stupid!
    Thanks

Henry has a bottom sheet on his cot, then I have now put a fleecey blanket on top of that so it is a bit more cosy for him when he first goes down. He then has his sleeping bag on, and if it's cold I put a cellular blanket on him when I go to bed.

Nice to see you back on SM.

Thanks for the info on the Sainsburys Pampers offer. I have loads of £1 off Pampers vouchers so will use one on each pack and get two packs for £11.50 :T.
