Waterbabies was amazing. We both really enjoyed it and I was so proud of Henry. He grinned the whole time, splashed his hands and then kicked his legs when he was on his front. I'm so glad we decided to go for it.
Hope the Dominoes cheers you up, Nicki! I just had a curry after fat club. Lost another 1.5lb this week, so I thought I deserved one. I was pretty good though and resisted all the extras.
BFing Q- when did people's AF come back? Henry is now 6 months old, on three meals a day but still only having my milk (as opposed to formula, I mean) and I've still not had anything. I bet asking this is the kiss of death and it will turn up now! Is there a point at which I should go to the doctor, or not worry as long as I'm still BFing......
After my spectacular fall down the stairs last night I have found out that exactly the same thing happened to a Mummy friend, except hers resulted in her LO (same age as H) fracturing his leg. He's now in a cast, poor little thing. I can't imagine how guilty I'd feel if H had been hurt.

GISI - No AF here yet and C is 8 months this week and on three meals and a BF first thing, 3pm and bedtime (and throughout the night).
FBB - C has breakfast between 9 an 10, dinner between 12-2 and tea between 5-6 (and the BF mentioned above)
Hugs Nicki and all

Nicky - Hope the pizza cheers you up a little. Hate it when you have days like that and cant even put your finger on why. *Hugs*
Well T has had a very whiney day today, did not want to eat his lunch at all, he started crying as soon as I put him in the highchair and wouldnt even try it, so it cant be the food, maybe he just wasnt hungry. Can I ask... Do you give meals at a set time each day, say 9, 1 and 5 regardless of when his last breastfeed was? Or do you wait for your baby to be hungry and looking for food before you do their meal? I think I am overthinking this whole food thing. I did wonder if its cos its me giving him his lunch and he thinks he would rather just have a breastfeed, whereas when DH gave him his dinner he ate it fine. Hmm...
I need to start sorting out the next stage car seat, has anyone heard anything about the Maxicosi Axiss (the one that swivels round) as I am quite tempted by that one at the mo.
xx
Hi FBB! We just got our new carseat delivered today! I went for the Britax First Class from Boots.com as it can stay rear facing up to 13kg, then become a forward facing one until they're 18kg.
On the food question, we are pretty settled into a routine of milk at 5, 7, 11, 3, 7 and then meals at 7, 12/1 and 5, if that makes sense. I do feed him milk on demand if he wants it as well though but generally leave at least an hour between milk and food. Does Toby have water? H is getting quite good at taking water from his Tommee Tippee cup now and it is so cute to watch!
SS- sorry your hubby has peed off and left you with all the sorting out. I hate it when they do that .:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

My Ar5e!
Just wanted to quote this!!
Can you go back and amend your list to include Boo and Isla - they got missed offI'm feeling a bit pants today and OH has just phoned to say he won't be home until late. Not sure what the problem is. I haven't had any PND this time round, but just felt quite weepy and out of sorts today for no real reason I can put my finger on.
((HUGS)) hun. Feel free to ramble on to us if you need to xxfattybooboo wrote: »Do you give meals at a set time each day, say 9, 1 and 5 regardless of when his last breastfeed was? Sorry FBB, how old is LO now?
At some point (different for every baby) the food takes over the nutritional provision for babba. Until that time then milk will be the main source of nutrition (she waffles...hoping to make some sense...) So take your lead from what baby wants - if he are still wanting lots of milk then go with the flow but do try to offer meals at consistent times...just don't worry about how much he eats.
If you don't go for some kind of rough timings it can be really hard to fit everything in to a day!!!

Those people who've sent off the tax credits renewal form, how long did it take for them to change your payments?
