My first act as Cheiftess of Tea is to out-source the tea making, thus tea will only be available if you call 080808 747 0808080 1 week in advance, confirm by email to tea@080808080 and fill out forms Tea1 and Tea 474 in triplicate.

I also need a new fence for my garden, it's being shipped over from Canada (it's bespoke you know) and erected by my mates company. Fence - £45'000 Erection - £1'500'000
