dont hate me when i say this but people you can eat what you like as long as you burn it off .. *ducks behind the sofa* x
Not if you're a lazy cow like me that 1) just CBA and 2) have no time for such things ;)

I have been baaaaaaad today, and eaten Domino's for lunch and chinese chicken thighs, egg fried rice and spring rolls for dinner :( but I do feel that I have been allowed a treat day, I've been on weight watchers for 3-4 weeks now and only had one slip up til now! Back on it tomorrow. We'll just not discuss that on Saturday I'm going out for a meal with work to Ask and as I refuse to have what I should have rather than what I want I'll blow it twice in one week!! I absolutely refuse to not treat myself when I go out though, it happens so rarely that there is no way I'm going to sit in the corner nibbling on some rabbit food when I could be munching on a gorgeous creamy carbonara  plus, the boss is paying! :D
On the plus side, my dad came over today and took some piccies of me and Seth playing, and I actually have a waist in them!!

MFD - my stomach muscles are completely shot after being pg and a c-section, Pilates did help me regain a bit of control but they will never be the same again.

Try mine.. they are split down the middle and attached at the top near my ribs and the left side is attached about 1/3rd of the way down.. I have peritoneum and absolutely no support in my abdomen whatsoever.. I was meant to go have reconstructive surgery on it.. then I got pregnant

    Evening ladies and Bruno!

LOL - I sit in a car for 90+ mins a day, at a desk for 8.5 hours a day and on my a$$ talking to you lot for 2 hours in the evening...Add in a couple or 3 hours with my boy, cooking, cleaning and general 'doing stuff' and there ain't a whole lotta time to be hauling my a$$ off the sofa and doing some exercise:rotfl::rotfl:

    ...and I am a lazy moo :p

That's my problem too - on work days by the time I've got home from work, got Izzy to bed, cooked and eaten (with the laptop on my lap!) it is bed time. I walk into town on the days I'm not working, and I'm not sure where else I can fit any in. I'm looking for a new job in walking distance, so at least I can work to work and back then. I don't have the willpower for dieting but I'm doing my best ;)

I try to walk as much as I can.

I did loads of exercise when I was on ML. Walked everywhere, pilates, an aerobics class where the pushchair was part of the exercise equipment.

Then I went back to work sitting on my butt for 8 hours a day.

I do get a bit more exercise at work as my office has moved upstairs but as the printer and the people I need to speak to are downstairs I loose count of how often I'm up and down. I run up them too.

PigPen - that sounds uncomfortable, how long will you have to wait after new baby to have the surgery?

He's made it out so I can watch the film now! I'm off ladies, think I'll have a bailey's too. It'd be daft not to treat myself if the diet's starting tomorrow :o:rotfl::o

Just came in to wish Jillie good luck for tomorrow.

MFD I would be raging at your DH and BB, how very very rude of her. She must know it's obnoxious to comment on someone's belly without knowing if the contents is a couple of pizzas or an incipient human.

One of my mummy friends was shouting about wearing her skinny jeans today and commented, It's cause I finished BFing, [SS] you'll lose yours when you stop too! Cheeky b!tch! I'm about ten pounds heavier than before I got pregnant, and I'd rather spend my free time with my gorgeous girl than eating salad and doing situps. I'd love a bikini body - but you can put a muffin top in a bikini and a baby is the perfect explanatory accessory.

MDW - I sometimes think I'm better off getting a proper sandwich or something when I'm like that. At least then i'm eating something vaguely sensible, rather than having a snack, then another one and another one. DH will go through 3 or 4 bags of crisps that way, and it drives me bananas - I ask him not to do it in front of Izzy at least, but It isn't really sinking in.

Susan is it Alice that has peter rabbit theme as Tesco have the big ones at £2.50

Charlotte has a Peter Rabbit theme, but her room is quite packed with stuff as she's in the tiny bedroom :D

Alice was two before she had either. She started having a pillow in her cot when she requested it and then a duvet once she went into a bed.

Charlotte was two as well. She got a pillow and duvet when she went into a bed. It was shortly after her second birthday when she got a bed.

I'm hungry all the time and will happily just sit and pick at crap all day. Uni study is the worst. It's like "I'll just have a packet of crisps...." then 10 minutes later "oooh I really fancy a biscuit.." and so on until I realise that all I've done is eaten all day :o It's taken real will power to cut out eating junk between meals.

Party went really well and Charlotte enjoyed herself. She ate way too much cake and didn't go to bed until 9 as she was hyper :D
Here I go again on my own....
