    Afternoon all..

Lovely party had by all.. Rhys intently watched a little boy crawling passed him, taking notes, I hope! ;)

Think I need to get on with planning Rhys' party since it's two weeks today

Hi everyone!! Had a quiet day here today as DH has a hangover from going out last night, I have got a sore throat booooo and T has got a cold and cough. We had a bit of a night of it last night with him waking about 2 hours after I put him down and he was crying really sadly :( and was v sniffly and eyes were watery so gave him some calpol. Eventually he went to sleep on my bed and slept quite well considering, only waking once in the night for a feed. When I fed him this morning though, I sat him up after and he coughed and he bought it all back up again, it was horrible as he is never very sicky. Still he seems happy enough in himself today so we have just had a quiet day.

Just ate a twix, couldnt even wait for me cuppa, lol!! xx

That's sweet. I'm already looking forward to Alfie and TNO (The Next One lol) playing together :D

We arent having TNO, OH is adamnt, he is stll traumatised about the birth, and he thought he was going to lose one of us, or both :(

I'm having a mare on ewith E, I fed him at 5.15 and halfway through the bottle realised that the valve wasnt on his bottle for the colic :o and I have had a screaming windy baby ever since, just had him fall asleep on me for about 20 mins and have managed to put him in his pram on his side (Dr told me to start putting him on his side when he is like that)

WM that was me last wed, I researched lactose intolerance and relux and colic so we could try and see what exactly is E's problem

Oh no he's pumping and I can hear him whinging, I was hoping being on his side is letting him get his pumps out without hurting him and waking him up

Ive called OH and said he has to get home asap cos I need help

And he's crying now after a massive fart

Aw poor Alex - I think J's a nit sicky but nothing like you describe. :(

Is he still on the Gaviscon? Like MFD said, maybe he needs to see the doc again. NMS had problems with Liam's reflux - IIRC they had to try a few different meds and used the SMA staydown milk.

We are just coming to the end of the 2nd tin of SMA staydown. Hasn't worked. :(
Is better than the others but still sicky.

Follow on milk - very thin and equals lots of projectile vomitting
Hungry baby - better, but still sick straight after and for a while after
Staydown - better again, but still sick even a couple hours after feed.
Wysoy - far too thin and came straight back up.

All the above milks have been given with 2 sachets of gaviscon in the bottle. But if thicker foods, like yoghurt and custard come back, not got much hope.

Can't do anything else really until I see the doctor on the 12th.

But Alex, slept til 5am, gave him a bottle when i heard him staring, he drank 7 oz half asleep, them went back down until 8am. :T:T And Joe didn't surface until 8am either, so have actually had an official lie-in.

Mmm chocolate, I've got a boost bar in the cupboard so might have to go hunt that out with a cuppa (or maybe a decaf cappucino? decisions, decisions!) Shouldn;t really as we had chinese takeout for tea which was scrummy :D

A quiet day here too: went and picked up my phone which I had left at my MILs last weekend, then a little walk in the afternoon and back home. It seems to have tired Elena out though, so she is in her sleeping bag and trying not to fall asleep beside me :p
  • Hubby and I were having a spat at 4pm so I forgot all about taking a photo :(

So now I am in the bath. Got in with Benjamin and asked hubby to dry him off, dress him for bed, give him a bottle and (hopefully) put him down too.

Does anyone else find that their hair falls out more when AF visits?
