Glam, I thought Holly would be about 21lbs, but she was only 18lbs 3oz this week!
MFD - good idea about the t-shirts over vests. Do you think tights will work with shorts too lol?! I am trying to justify the playhouse to myself. Could get it for her birthday in September, then she would have grown into it by next summer!
I did just try a dress on her 5 mins ago, but it drowned her. And yet everyone thinks she is really chunky!! Funny baby.0 -
Amber wears shorts with funky tights when its a bit cool0

Hello all,
I was lurking on my phone yesterday but it took too long to post so I just sat nodding and sympathising where necessary
I may be able to make the Liverpool meet on Monday, not 100% yet but it's only £4 return on the coach so I'll see what I can do.lol i tried to fake tan myself the other day, didn't quite work out
I thought the sun trick wasn't working but after i lazily left some stuff out for a few days they did disappear so we're back to white :T
I do have about 2kg of Vanish powder though, not MSE
I've been putting Johnsons holiday skin on for about a week and look no different, I may have to break out the St Tropez as I'm sick to death of looking so pasty and because my hairs so dark now I look stupid!
I also [STRIKE]lazily[/STRIKE] on purpose leave stuff out for a couple of days to get the stains out :rotfl:I am not sure what to do. Holly is still in 6-9m clothes, and I keep thinking she is getting much bigger and will have outgrown them soon, so I have been buying stuff in 9-12m so I have a stock for when she needs it. The problem is, every time I get her weighed, she is less than I expect, and is still well within the limits of 6-9 clothes. I now fear that by the time she grows into the 9-12, summer will have past and it will all go to waste! But I am hoping to go on hols in Sept so we will need summer clothes (so don't want to return them as the shops will get rid of summer stuff soon), but it's not definite as OH's job may be under thread, so we may never use them!
Isla's a bit like Holly, she's only just starting to fit 6-9 and most of it's huge on her but we go away when she'll be 9 months and I'd already bought summer stuff in 9-12 for the hols! Last night I grabbed a t-shirt for her to wear in bed and it fit really well, I realised the last time she wore it she was about 6 weeks old!
I had her weighed yesterday and she's now 15lb 8oz at 32 weeks. The HV commented that she's got strong legs apparently?! We also have attempted sofa cruising so I need eyes in the back of my head :rotfl:
Susan, is it you who collects stamps? I kept some off a parel from Poland recently if you'd like them? (I just need to find the 'safe place' I put them!)
Going to read back a bit now xBelly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

Where does the time go? :think:0 -
MFD - love the play house and slide. Unfortunately our garden is quite small and we already have a swing for Liam and OH's bike to contend with.
Glam - Grr at your OH!
Fitz - we have the same dilemma here. Liam looks chunky (to me anyway) but he is only just going into 9-12 months in tops but still 6-9 in bottoms - the trouser legs are still on the long side. His 6-9 month sleep suits look a snug fit, but 9-12 a miles too long. He was 9.2 kg, so just over 20lbs when we were at the hospital a few weeks back.
Boo - Awat wee James
