I'm making a tutu! As you do on a Friday night.

L is at a birthday sleepover party - she went out looking like she was going to a high school prom.

V is in bed and fast asleep as she didn't nap today at all.

OH is out working, so it's just me and my boy and a tutu.

It's the first day and football is already doing my head in. Corry's on for gods sake.

Am relinquishing my baby to OH's cousin tomorrow, so that i can clean!!:eek:. Well that's the plan in my head anyway. If I actually do any it will be a miracle.

I think that's nice, and a reasonable price too. You could always take the waistcoat off later on as Krystal suggested or even take a plain t shirt to change into.

Thanks Krystal & SJ...it's an outdoor wedding in the evening, so it should be nice and cool - and good call, can bring a vest to change him into as it goes on quite late and he'll (hopefully!!) be sleeping in his stroller.

I wonder what hubby's playing at... Aimee's away at my Mum's, Caitlyn's in bed asleep... He's lying on the floor watching some American waffle some crap about some gadjet on the laptop and there's football on the TV with the sound off...

It would depend on how high your income is - over a certain amount it makes no difference but if you are below that (or have dropped below) it should increase your award. If it does change your award, you'll get a lump sum for last year's underpayment and your regular payments for this year will be increased.

the bands seem quite gigatic, choppy. On my form, it hints that we receive the same amount of TCs for 25-50k earnings!! So going on mat leave for 9 months actually has had zero effect *rolleyes*

It won't hurt to update them, no, but you're probably unlikely to see much change if any - from what i can tell of my limited understanding of TCs

I find http://taxcredits.hmrc.gov.uk/Qualify/DIQWorkBenefits.aspx good? Just run through it a couple of times changing details and see how the outputs change. Doesn't seem to be bands to me?

choppy how TCs are worked out is on the HMRC website, its a bit complicated and you need to reference 2 different pages on the site but I worked it out in about 15mins (I am a maths-y person tho) If you use their calculator it is acurate

Aless - Chris wore a bhs wedding suit to our wedding with a proper shirt n tie, it was a nice day but not hot although my mum managed to forget the jacket *rolleyes* he was still powering around at 9pm with no nap that day :eek:
