Got ours yesterday. X
Can anyone help, for my new hallway I want one of the benches with 2 or 3 decent size baskets underneath for shoes, so one you can sit on with storage. Littlewoods had one but sold out and everywhere else is too expensive, over £200. I want a dark wood one. :cool:Too many children, too little time!!!

If the weather is good we will be watching it in the garden. The plan is to project it onto the garage wall like a private 'big screen' viewing :T
How posh are you !
OH is playing cricket tonight, but not Saturday because he is injured??
How does that work then? Already made up an injury he will suddenly acquire, as it's an away match, so he may miss the start of the football. True dedication and loyalty that is.0 -

We've got a Panasonic Lumix camera but a slightly different model number to that one. It's fantastic and so easy to use.
I loved using the multi-burst function on holiday. You just hold the button down and it keeps snapping pictures until you let go, so I got some great pics like this one of James:
It's only from the surgery - they used to swing down by my belly button :rotfl:
I burnt one on the hob once
A friend burnt one on a light bulb once. She was getting ready and leaned over to get something and her boob flopped onto a lamp with a hot bulb in it - ouch!Becles just to let you know that fairies havent been to the bank yet...will do tonight if you can tell me tonight?
The fairies kept forgetting to go to the post office, but they finally remembered this morning

Have a look on the Ikea website. I can remember seeing hall way storage stuff with baskets but I can't remember exactly what they had.
Been to work and had to do a detour to school. Josh kindly informed me at 9pm last night that he is making chicken curry in tech today. Had a look in the kitchen and luckily I had all the ingredients in, but the chicken was frozen. He packed everything in his bag and left the chicken on the bench overnight.
Got a teary phonecall at 9am to say he'd got to school and realised he'd left the chicken on the bench. He'd been told twice this morning to make sure he'd got everything as he was too busy messing around :wall:Here I go again on my own....0 -

On our sites we have been asking all our contractors to give their lads a paid afternoon off when there are afternoon England matches. The theory is that if we pay them for the afternoon then they will turn up in the morning and we get half a shift out of them. If we didn't let them have the time off then they would all call in sick!!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
Proud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Sounds good MFD and probably most affective way to get them to work.
Here i think the blokes (office one) are just presuming that they are all boogering off at 2ish. Problem is One director is Welsh and One is Scottish, so are not sharing the love for English football. If the office blokes go, is totally unfair on the shop-floor. Also me and the other female in the company are quite willing to stay until usual clocking off time, as we can then use the time in lieu for kids sports days, instead of having to book 1/2 holiday and still getting grief for going out "being mothers". But if all the blokes go, we will have to go to, as are not key holders and can so not be trusted with the alarm codes.0 -

Oh bum...no matter how hard we try to get out of our current naff situation and improve our future we get knocked back:( We have been thinking about starting our own business but now realise we won't be accepted for loans etc as we have 'bad debt' not sure where to turn...anyone any ideas? I have thought about Prince's trust as it is age 18-30 so I just about fall into the category, but it is more a business that dh is passionate about so doubt I could wing it so I could get funded;) Looks like it will have to go on the back burner until we can either pay off the debt or raise the money ourselves:(Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0
