Suegoo although we have looked at loads of Nile Cruise sites, we hadn't looked at Exodus, rather like the idea of the rail journeys. Do you know if the optional visit to Abu Simbel can be done by flying there? Which we would prefer.

That is the company Saga used when I went in Jan, they operate the "Jaz" boats. They also operate a fleet of coaches, so there are never any problems with the various transportation modes not "meeting up".
