PAYG SIM for mobile phone with internet access

Hi all

I live abroad but will be coming to the UK shortly and again in June. I want to get a PAYG sim card for my mobile that i can use to download emails and the occasional internet use. Can anyone recommend one for me? I don't need text messages, just for making cheap calls in the UK (and not many of them) and ability to surf (but again not much 25mb should cover it) My phone is unlocked so that's not a problem.

I think O2 pay & go would be the best deal.

Top up £10 p/month and get 300 texts + unlimited internet.

(The £10 credit stays on your phone to use for calls).

That won't help though as the free internet won't kick in until the following month when they'll have left. Then coming back in June it may have expired again.

Asda only do PAYG data but 20p a MB is one of the best and 8p per minute for calls. So about £5 for your data requirments, at least you can top up as and when. Unless there is anyone who does similar to O2 but with immediate access i.e. Orange used to allow data bundles to be bought up front but they expired after 30 days also

O2 must have changed their Terms & Cond's on Pay as you go tarrifs. They quite often change their tarrif deals. I'm sure there is other tarrifs available that are not listed. I'm on O2 pay as you go, when I top up £10 I get unlimited texts. If I top up £15 I get unlimited texts plus unlimited internet (to use that month). I'm not sure about other networks as I have always stayed with O2 since they have the best deals and the top up stays on your phone to use as and when you need. Other networks take your credit when your on their bundle tarrif.
