    Kerry, if you are lurking, please try to do something such as put some music on, call someone (anyone, doesn't matter who), breathe deeply and set yourself a 'timer' of a couple of minutes to get through. Then a few more minutes and focus on that to try to 'ride out' how you feel. Try some exercise or have a warm bath and if this does not help with your emotions, do you have crisis team you can call or any kind of support worker if you have one? Are there any smells, sights or sensations you can call 'grounding' exercises to help you change the emotions to ones around you? Sit quietly for a minute and mentally list the items you can see around you and listen to the sounds of the room and outside as you gradually gain more 'time' feeling calm and focused.

    Its repeated on channel 4 from E4, its on tonight actually as well as Sunday. However its always been repeated on Sunday since the first episode. That's why its not avalible on 4OD until Sunday night.

    Definitely. When I come up and am there for an actual proper evening or something (I arrived at 21.30pm last night and left to travel back at 11.30am!) we can try to find a way of meeting up.
