We're about to go speak to florists, and I suddenly thought - I wonder if there is somthing more unusual we could do for centerpieces. I hate the idea of spending loads on flowers which just end up in the bin. We were fancing those twigs with candles hanging from them or cherry blossom, but its the wrong season. Our wedding is on a vintage glam theme, roughly 1950s but not closely so anything vintagey would work, does anyone have any ideas?

UPDATE: See page 2 for piccies of what we think we're going to do, would love opinions x

She's a big fan of Emma Case http://emmacasephotography.blogspot.com/ and I was fortunate to have been the dressmaker of the vintage bride she did the shots for. We had a quick chat and she is loverly. Her photos are awesome!

I want to get married again.:(

    oops:o

Back to centrepieces - you could do something with old records eg. a stack or something.
