memory card ?

i am changing from nokia to samsung phone , i have pics and video on memory card, sorry if this sounds a silly question but how do i transfer them to new phone , is memory card made to fit just nokia phones ?

Most new phones use MicroSD.

Are you able to remove the card and read what it says on it?

What are the exact models you're moving from and to?

If you can't use your current memory card in your new phone then simply transfer your pictures etc onto your pc, then connect your new phone to the pc and transfer the files onto it.

thanks for replies, i am planning to change from nokia 6303 to either samsung genio slide or maybe LG GW-300, the memory card in current phone has the nokia symbol in it, did'nt know if that meant it was exclusive to nokia makes and models ?

The card is the same for both phones my son took his MC from a Samsung and put it in a NOkia after 3 samsung phones died in three months 1 tocco lite and 2 5600's now on a nokia 5800 thanks to cpw but thats another story.
