new flat moved in, BB advice please~~~~

Just moved in new built flat for a time.
I ordered a new BT line (with installtion fee 124.99 :mad: ).
And it will be activated soon.
I'm looking for BB which is cheap and more than 40G usage monthly.
Talktalk seems to be a good choice. But I have to break BT phone contract and lose money if I switch.
I found 3 options:
(1) euro1net, stay with bt line. But need 18 month contract and one off fee.
(2) Primus 2, uncapped, and 12 pounds with free calls. little
(3) AOL, heard speed is 512k, too slow.
Are they all good? which is best choice for me?
Any advice will be appreciated.
