Center Parcs no longer do promotional codes, and the prices on the website are what you pay. They can however drop a bit the nearer you are to the date you want to book.

I'm going to book a stay at Centre Parcs in the next few days however more than 28 days have passed since my last stay, so I cannot take advantage of the cbsoon offer. (we usually book for next time within this period but this time it was not possible)

Would anyone that has been there in the last 4 weeks be willing to share their booking code plus surname so I can get the cbsoon offer? Those who have been to Centre Parks will know what I am on about!

I would then be willing to share my booking code after I get back from my break in a few weeks time...

    Thanks
  • I'm looking to book CP at longleaf for w/w 12th aug...but I know they lower there prices leading up to it, does anyone know if I book it will they match the price it goes down to or not?

What's this booking bit everyone is on about..sorry to be thick
    I love a Bargain

They will only match the price if it goes down if you are able to use the "cbsoon" offer code. In order to use this code you need a booking reference plus the surname associated to that booking whose holiday finished less than 28 days ago.

If you do not have these details then you will just book it at whatever price you can get and if it goes down you will not benefit.

If someone here has been to center parcs in the last few weeks then they could let us have the booking reference plus surname and we could take advantage of the "cbsoon" code. I know from recent experience that one booking reference will work for more than 3 bookings at separate times so if anyone offers this information they won't be loosing out if they intend to book themselves a trip.

But you have to have gone on the previous holiday in order to qualify. Unless you're planning on assuming someone else's identity for the duration of your stay, it's not going to work... and even if it does, it's ever so slightly immoral ;)

To all experienced CP goers can you give me any advice. Am thinking of a week at Whinfell forest on my own with 4 kids, 5,11 and 16, during the summer hols. Am I mad or will there be plenty for them to do. Is the pool a complete nightmare as too busy?
Also what do the activities cost, I can't seem to find out before I book. Do you end up spending a fortune?
Need to make a quick decision between nice cottage or center parcs... TIA :)

as a seasoned cp goers i cant do nothing but recommend cp. however it is busy and there is tons to do but apart from the pool it will cost you loads.

the older kids will be safe to go off but you will obviously need to supervise the 5 year old constantly and keep him/her entertained. if you intend to all stay together for the activities then no problem.

you can book the activities once you have booked however they get booked up really quickly and for july/august may already be fully booked.

    good luck with your decision

This is not correct, all you need is the booking code and the surname for the previous holiday, the new holiday will be booking in your name. No need to assume someone elses identity.

I know this because a few families and us go to CP as a group and at times one family organises it and at other times another family does it. every time I have been we have been under a different surname but used the code and surname from the previous visit.

At one point three of the families organized separate holidays, at separate times all of them using the same code. This was queries with center parcs before booking (to avoid nasty surprises) and they said it was perfectly ok.

Thats not the same as taking a name and booking ref from a complete stranger and using it on CBS though.

When you went on hol booked by another family the person booking would have had to have given your name (as well as other guests names) when they did the online check-in form (or the equivalent paper form). Then your name (as well as all other guests who went under that booking) would have their name registered against that booking ref by C Parcs. Then ALL those people would be entitled to use the booking name and ref for CBS. I would be very surprised if anyone would give you their name and booking ref and if they did whether you would get away with using it even if you did feel it was not wrong.

We are big CP fans and I am the first to go after a discount but not like this. You are in danger of spoling your holiday by doing something wrong and it doesnt even get you any money off - book your holiday as normal and go enjoy it.
