    Glad you feel better josiebaby

    Well today.

    I have wasted most of the morning getting ds up and getting him to get showered, (he is having an austistic day today:mad:) Still on a bright note at least I havent spent any money;) (My sense of humour is all I have at the minute)

    Checked online banking dh has been paid, will be scurrying off to complete spreadsheets

    Having hair trimmed this afternoon,
    DS to guitar lessons
    Shopping this evening (probably lidl and may pop into farmfoods and I will be sticking to list)
    Ironing and put washing away, this was on my list earlier in the week, but:o
    Tidy and clean dd's bedroom, I have been dumping stuff in there for the hols.
    Check seedlings
    Read up about jerusalem artichoke, someone gave us some for lottie
    washing hc
    and I think that will be me for today

    Update on leccie bill, nice lady passed my bill over to her manager, we had been charged twice for our winter quarter, they used the same start reading in Feb as they did in November:o( for them not me) I am now £40 in credit so I am happy. I am soo glad I check my bills properly
    My finances are work in progress.
    Normal veiwing will resume shortly

    Morning all,

    Cheery sunny day here :) Doesn't it make life brighter?? Doesn't make working any easier though! :)

    Today I have...

    * read electric meter (am reading every day for a month to see how much we use, and looking at options for changing bills, and cutting down - average of 8 units a day so far, no idea if that's good or not!)
    * walked to office
    * checked internet bank, transferred money between accounts, added to van savings fund for MOT, insurance etc

    Er, that's it :) And I will...

    * eat packed lunch - home made bread, home made cheese with chives from garden (how MSE is that??)
    * have a no spend day
    * plan what cheery things to make for my birthday tea party :)
    * carry on writing PhD so can eventually get pay rise - lol!
    * 1 hour of transcribing work this evening
    * thin out lettuces
    * plant peas in garden

    That's probably it on the moneysaving front! :)

    Have a cheery day everyone...
    xx

    Hi all :wave: Nice to see some new posters too :D

    I've just been out for a little walk this lunchtime but resisted the shops and didn't buy anything - having some toast & cheese in work instead

    Going to yoga tonight to keep me out of money spending trouble and keep me focussed

    PAD to cc

    Smile because it's payday tomorrow and miniscule pay rise kicks in

    Didn't hairdry or straighten my hair

    Catch up later folks!

    xx
