    Why was my post deleted? :eek: The following posts make no sense now :p

    Kaspersky is a well known virus application and the licence code was legit and given to me by Barclays to pass on to a few friends. Sooo, sorry MSE police ;)

    Oh, I didn't even realise that it had been deleted, I tried to download this last night, but wouldn't download from my pc for some reason, the texts finished just after 10:30 pm and began today at 8:30am, so who ever it is is either locked up and lights out(Mind you don't drop the soap lol) or a child, but the content is way too intelligent for a kid, although they are not that intelligent as they probably don't realise that the service they are offering is also showing their private mobile to all they send these messages too, I spoke once again to a lady at O2 and she went through to vodaphone and voda confirmed that it is a private mobile number, but dosen't understand why they would be offering messages with links to other premium numbers( unless they are getting commision) all I can do is call the police and from there they can get a crime number and get O2 to bar the number from my phone.

    Barclays licence you on the grounds it is for personal use on up to three computers in the same household. It's not licenced for you to to pass the code around as you see fit.

    Barclays say

    2. Terms and conditions of offer: the software comprising Kaspersky Internet Security (three user licences) and Kaspersky Mobile Security (single user licence) and Kaspersky Anti-Virus for MAC (single user licence) is provided by Kaspersky Lab UK Ltd (“Kaspersky Lab”). You are eligible to receive a one-year licence for the software from Kaspersky Lab free of charge if you are registered to use Barclays Online Banking (“Offer”).

    Kasparsky define an end user as

    End User (You/Your) means individual(s) installing or using the Software on his or her own behalf or who is legally using a copy of the Software;

    I have been advised by O2 that I need to pop into a local police station and report it, from there I will get a crime number and then they are able to request that O2 block the number from my phone, aparently I have to do it this way or just change my number!!! will get on with that tomorrow sometime. My last Message said " I'm a F-king gun runner!!!!!! How weird and random is that!

    I'd just change my number if I were you. Quick and painless, and texting the people you want to have your new number will take two minutes and save you a lot of stress.
