I have used the ADAM BLAIR site to download solicitors letters that will guarantee me winning my case against a speeding ticket - I LOST ..
I asked for my money back under his guarantee - I DIDN'T GET IT -
he gave me part of it back as a 'goodwill' gesture ...
DO NOT BE CONNED BY THIS SITE AND ITS' GUARANTEES !!!!! :mad:

Adam Bliar, lol. But hey, making a business by purporting to help criminals then ripping the criminals off, kind of rough justice don't you think?! Kind of like selling pr0n to !!!!!philes for thousands of pounds and sending them a copy of "Nuts" magazine, they're hardly about to go to the police and complain. If you didn't speed you wouldn't have anything to worry about. Easier to pay the fine and take the points unless you're certain you can prove you weren't speeding.

And really truly honestly, if there is any good info out there it is free and you don't need to pay for it, look at pepipoo forums.

looked at pepipoo but found it too late..
and I was slowing down from nat speed limit to 40 and was doin 44/45 on the photos.
I couldn't pull over cos an unmarked !!!! was too busy scan/doin' me to let me pull into the inside lane - I had my indicator on and my brake lights were glowin on the photos...
I couldn't slam on cos I was in a line of traffic ...
THE STATEMENT SAID THEY WERE STATIC ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CARRIAGEWAY !!!!!! ...
my solicitor threw the towel in too easily ..
ripped off there , as well ...
I've had a clean licence for years and yes now I'm a CRIMINAL ...HAHEHA

If you're not happy with your solicitor you could make a complaint or file a claim for negligence against him/her after seeking legal advice.

What, for not getting him off a speeding fine, when he was speeding? I'd definately sue, complete gross negligence.

Why were you indicating if you had nowhere to go??

One of my pet hates is people indicating as if it is telling people to move out of the way.

There seems to be absolutely no justification in trying to challenge the ticket.

I speed probably most of the time on motorways so I never preach as if I am a Saint, but if I get collared by the 5-O, then it's a fair cop gov.
