Do you think I am morally right to sue them or should nobody sue anyone no matter who's at fault?

It's a tough one, personally I think sueing the council for walking down a street is a bit harsh unless like Potholes they had been aware of the problem before hand....if they were aware then they deserve what they get, if they weren't then I don't agree with it.

I'll let you know when I've asked you the question or want your help with that. I'm not sure if you or the other couple of trolls are finding it hard to read my joined up writing but I repeat that the OP has nothing to do with what you and the couple of other sarcastic posts are saying. I've PM'd those who I found helpful and am now unsubscribing from the madness. I don't remember saying in my first post "I am sueing someone for a fall I had due to their negligence. Do you think I am morally right to sue them or should nobody sue anyone no matter who's at fault? Could you please tell me how this will affect my anxiety disorder because you're professionally trained to do so?" Nope, don't think I asked that! Are people with anxiety capable of sarcasm as well? Oooooooooh I think so!

To dmg24, noticed you hit and run as usual hun. Started the trollfest and ran for the hills. You've done that to many threads haven't you? I would seriously consider what's missing in your life if that sort of thing is the only way you can feel good about yourself. I feel sorry for you hun. If you and the couple of other 'what he said' posters are so against people sueing their local authority for any reason at all, I suggest you make some placards, throw together some ham sandwiches and get marching!!! Don't bring your unwanted and unasked for rambling to other people's door!

    You deserve a............ trollm.jpg

Have unsubscribed because the threads been taken totally off the original topic by Fred and Barnie. Thanks to everyone who helped. :)

There have not been any trolls on this thread.

dmg is not a troll and I think you should read a few more threads before you make ignorant comments.

You seem to be one one running off here.
