Presumably this is a street you walk a few times during a year? If it is why did you not mention to the council about the dangers that could occur.

So you are going to do something that is going to make your primary health condition worse? You are putting money before your health. That is pretty silly.

All your comments have had nothing to do with my question which was kindly answered by members of a forum i've always felt at home on. So please either answer my question if you're kind enough to or move on. I have no interest in your posts announcing your obvious dislike of anyone who dares to sue a council for injuries. Where does the money come from when someone has a car accident and claims for whiplash or the cost of repairing or replacing their car? It comes from money gained from those insured who never claim. Should they not claim either? What's the difference? As to where do i think the money comes from? What does that have to do with my injuries or my original question? What's the point of coming into a thread where you obviously have no intention of helping, but only to make snide comments? I needed help and asked for it. So i presume if you're ever in a car crash and need your car fixing or replacing or get injuries, you won't claim? All money claimed regardless of the reason, whether motor, pavement accident, doctors negligence etc comes from public coffers in the end. money people have paid in tax or in insurance payments. If you don't like the fact that i'm daring to sue a lazy council who have caused me a lot of pain and upset, then move to the thread next door labelled "I fell and broke my leg after being speared through the stomach with cheesestring that fell from a boeing 747 because they negligently left the window open, but i'm not sueing!!" I shouldn't be surprised though because you have a history on the forum of sarcastictically answering posts and making snide arrogant comments. I'm not guilty of anything here and your comments are unwarranted. I don't know why i'm even responding to you but you've peeved me a bit. I just have never understood that part of human nature that needs to put others down in order to make themselves feel good. I was a psychologist for 20 years and still marvel at it. I presume you're also miffed that I am on highest care disability living allowance because of my anxiety. That also comes out of public coffers. I'm just a one woman leeching system I guess. Or maybe hun, I'm having a really tough time and need support rather than attitude. Isn't that what makes us human after all?

    HI JD!

It is actually the first time i have ever walked down that road and only know about its history etc from my solicitor knocking on peoples doors who live there and asking. As far as we are aware, the people living there have complained time and time again.

Thanks to posters for your help. I was worried about whether to continue for lots of reasons and you've helped me a lot on here as usual!!!! :)

I laughed, really hard :D:D wtg yuki!

@dmg24 - I've seen your previous posts, please stop with the sarcasm, seriously, it isn't funny anymore. I don't care if you have 20,000 posts, a moron is a moron.
Not sure what to put here, so i'll just say..

I think it's a perfectly reasonable question as to why someone with major anxiety problems should put themselves through something like this when they think that they're unlikely to win!

I disagree. Its a personal question not related to my original question. I have the answer from a couple of lovely posters and I was getting a bit upset until IAMTHEONE posted, which made me smile. Thankyou hun xx Right am off before people start getting a headache over yet another argumentative thread. Now you've made me all anxious. Tut.

Yoki60, are you OK to go out on your own at night-time, if you have acute anxiety disorder. I am not questioning the circumstances of your fall, but think very carefully.
What does your DLA award say, if you get LRM because you can't go out alone etc - believe me I know what it's like - then you may put your DLA at risk by making this claim. They will need medical reports from all involved in your care.
Did you attend hospital and do you have any medical reports with clear evidence?

I have a claim for a no-blame car accident going back three years and other party admit liability. I have legal protection, have been examined by a Professor and other medical specialists, have received treatment, for injuries and PTSD, but the case is still ongoing. The stress is enormous and not helping my pre-existing conditions.

If I could drop the case I would because it's just not worth what its doing to my health, however there are now quite considerable costs involved from the medical specialists. CBT Therapist and Solicitors. Were I to drop the case I would incur all these costs.
I said right at the beginning that I could never go to Court, but somehow you end up being swept along in the system. It makes me physically ill everyday.

If you are a psychologist with 20 years experience, you don't need me to tell you what the effects of severe depression and anxiety disorder are and how little it takes to put you over the edge.

I agree, if you win a sum under 6k and therefore doesn't impact your means tested benefits, and it doesn't trigger the condition that you claim the means tested benefit for, its a win-win.

What do you think a long drawn out claim with little success of winning will do?

I'll let you know when I've asked you the question or want your help with that. I'm not sure if you or the other couple of trolls are finding it hard to read my joined up writing but I repeat that the OP has nothing to do with what you and the couple of other sarcastic posts are saying. I've PM'd those who I found helpful and am now unsubscribing from the madness. I don't remember saying in my first post "I am sueing someone for a fall I had due to their negligence. Do you think I am morally right to sue them or should nobody sue anyone no matter who's at fault? Could you please tell me how this will affect my anxiety disorder because you're professionally trained to do so?" Nope, don't think I asked that! Are people with anxiety capable of sarcasm as well? Oooooooooh I think so!

To dmg24, noticed you hit and run as usual hun. Started the trollfest and ran for the hills. You've done that to many threads haven't you? I would seriously consider what's missing in your life if that sort of thing is the only way you can feel good about yourself. I feel sorry for you hun. If you and the couple of other 'what he said' posters are so against people sueing their local authority for any reason at all, I suggest you make some placards, throw together some ham sandwiches and get marching!!! Don't bring your unwanted and unasked for rambling to other people's door!

    You deserve a............ trollm.jpg

Have unsubscribed because the threads been taken totally off the original topic by Fred and Barnie. Thanks to everyone who helped. :)
