Living in Ipswich?

I quite like Ipswich, and have quite a few relatives in that area, so visit often.

Personally I prefer the Christchurch park area, but it's perhaps a bit pricey??

Avoid the Nacton Road area like the plague. Kesgrave and Warren Heath areas are good. Whitehouse is not too bad but you might as well look at Claydon if you are looking at that end of Ipswich.

How about Martlesham way? i.e Grange Farm which I suppose is Kesgrave. You can get some rather large houses for relatively little but it is basically one massive housing estate!
