Cadbury Direct order not delivered

You are paying for delivery via RM too, but you are paying that to Cadburys.
If RM has delayed it, it's their fault.. and unfair to blame Cadburys.
If you wanted a better service, pay for it... Special Delivery or even Courier.
If said company doesn't supply them options, and they are not suitable for you, you can always use another company (but yes, I do realise this isn't that realistic).
RM will want the senders to wait for a set period of time, I doubt Cadburys would want to refund you until this period, as for all they know you might have already received it (and I doubt this is the case, but still).
Some companies, that are "nice" will just post another and say if you receive the first one, you can just keep it (I've had a few companies that say this, and on a few occasions have arrived still but very very late).
Maybe ask for proof of postage from them to make sure they posted it when they stated they would?0 -
God its only a couple of bars of dairy milk - hardly the end of the world if it gets lost.
Give them a call and tell them you want a refund.0 -
I have paid for them to send it via courier, which is RMdrsquirrel wrote: »You are paying for delivery via RM too, but you are paying that to Cadburys.

And that would be very very silly to have received it and complained that i had not. i won't waste my time sending emails and calling up on a non-free phone number, otherwise the cost of that would have equaled the cost of another treasure box
Well i got a reply to my answer in the second post and thats all i wanted. everyone else made a big deal out of it lol. Will give them a call next week monday to give it some time.blue_haddock wrote: »God its only a couple of bars of dairy milk - hardly the end of the world if it gets lost.

I once ordered a hamper from Thorntons and the delivery did not turn up so Thorntons sent another one. Next day the first one turned up!! I contacted Thorntons and they told me to keep it and enjoy it!!! This was just before christmas and was great as I gave some as presents. I think you are right to expect cadbury to sort it out for you your contract is with them not the delivery people.0

thats exactly what im trying to say. I have purchased the item fom them therefore my contract it with them. If it is royal mail's fault then cadbury still need to deal with the situation themselves rather than RM.POPPYOSCAR wrote: »I once ordered a hamper from Thorntons and the delivery did not turn up so Thorntons sent another one. money refunded, then the gift finally arrived two weeks late, called them up to take the payment again and let me off with free delivery because it arrived late. So to sum things up i only payed for the treasure box with free delivery and the 10% code i used was also offered. Well pleased.0
