I hope you get this sorted but like others I am thoroughly enjoying reading your posts!0

This is better than any BBC offering, especially on the comedy side.
Perhaps you can persuade them to make a series out of it..........
Then Santan whatsit might pay you hush money :j0 -
I really hope you get this sorted out. This is one of the funniest threads I've read for a good while though!
Can I recommend you avoid HB0S too - They accept you, give you cards and lull you into a false state of security. Later, on a mysterious date only know to them, they begin to randomly change small details on your account to mess with your head! Apparently I have now changed my middle name (twice!) and most recently moved to the other end of my street! :rotfl:
Best avoid Br!tish Gas too - apparently neither my gas meter nor my postal address exist there! :wall: The only thing we agree on is how much Gas actually I use! Thank god for online billing! :rotfl:This is better than any BBC offering, especially on the comedy side.

 Actually that may explain a few things! :rotfl:Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Oooh this is so funny
And I had the same experience on the phone when I tried to get online access for my online-only savers account.
*please input your customer number*
I managed to get this over the phone before, so it was ok
*now please input your code*
I don't have a code!!!
The trick was to push random numbers and # and * several times, until the phone line goes crazy and sends your call to a real person
Eventually I just gave up trying to get my online access and went to a branch to close the account.
The guy said "Oh, but I can call the service and they will send you the code"
"No thanks - that's what the last 4 calls told me and I never got anything".....Being brave is going after your dreams head on0
