    Its not a good idea in that environment to start to offer unasked for advise. And, yes, I don't think it's right, but that the way call centres work. . .
    I did ask if it made any difference if I requested a pac code, and she said no. That's my beef, why not just be straight rather than try to force me into another month.

    I also asked whether I'd have to pay for the whole month, they said I'd pay pro rata for how long into the month I used the pac code.

    Finally please stop telling me about smallprint. If we all read the small print for everything we'd never get anything done. Can anybody truthfully say they always read the smallprint?
