A word to the wise - be VERY VERY cautious about using the word "ebay" in any URL that launches an affiliate link into ebay, or makes an API call into their data tables.
I very much doubt that you could afford the legal bills if they come after you, and if it is a new site, it is probably easier to make amends now, rather than when it becomes more established.
Do you have any contact with RO-Eye on the development side? If so, they should be able to clarify your position for you.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

whatever, i deleted it anyway, i dont need people saying "in my defense" as though i'm attacking them for something and its too late for giving excuses why folk aint got in touch with me, i know where i aint wanted and i know what mindless drivvel i want to read and it certainly dont include a conversation spanning 100+ pages of which at least half is referring to matters of a sexual nature0

Yeah, it's called Turbo Lister
Yeah I have used Turbo Lister as well, hence I have decided to put 100's of hours into developing a replacement which is not as slow, forgetful and annoying a product.
I have had turbo lister installed on this Windows 7 Laptop for the past 3 months, and had to reauthenticate with ebay on no less than 5 occasions, each time re-entering my inventory.
The other key advantage with a online piece of software is you can upload from any machine, rather than Turbo Listers key disadvantage is it is tied to your specific machine. The disadvantage with online software is you need access to the internet to use - however this is becoming less of an issue with always on broadband connections.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

I am very sad that you feel that way Cally - it was actually a very nice pm which I took about 20 minutes to write and I put a lot of effort into. There was nothing in there attacking you I was just trying to explain something.
I am going to stop now because I know you do not appreciate the time or effort that I am putting in so I will go.
To anyone else I am sorry that this thread has digressed. I only posted to support a fellow MSE Trash To Cash Dribbler) in their new venture, I am sorry you felt the need to post at all Cally I didn't realise you were so bitter.Life is a work in progress0 -
it's called realising there is much more to life than that particular thread0
