I clear out the whole family and make sure the place is spotless. I hate walking in to a room thats filled with teenagers, or small children running round - I can't see the house properly and feel I'm invading someones space.
When viewing our property, try not to let your 4 year old child pee on the floor!“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

When I was looking at BTL properties last year, I came across one tenanted place where there were soiled undies in the bathroom sink.
Didn't go back for a second viewing, for some reason !!
