I am signed up to the Talk Talk free brodband scheme and have found out that I jave a 40gb limit.
Does this only apply for business hours only or is at 24hrs a day?

I just checked through Talk Talks FUP. 40GB a month is your total download and upload for the whole month. This makes it 24/7.
They also say that they use traffic shaping during peak hours. This means they give P2P traffic less priority during peak hours. They also mention that heavy downloaders could face restrictions on their speeds.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
