Son now has three PCN from CT Ltd. Fined for parking on his own land in a secure residents' underground car park! CT Ltd visiting the complex at 5 am each morning, how is that deterring commuters from parking within the complex?
Just how does a secure underground car park suffer from commuters?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • Who knows. CT Ltd apparently do not need a reason to fleece the public. Now seeking legal advice. Factor refuses to comunicate further since stating that a majority had signed up to the scheme therefore it was going ahead and son will not contact Ct Ltd as he refuses to acknowledge their existence or give permission for them to act on his behalf on his land. Looks like CT Ltd employee will continue to access the underground residents car park early each morning and issue tickets to residents parked on their own land and son will keep receiving tickets.

Son contacted press. Link to article http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/179494
  • Thought I would update you all on the ongoing situation between Central Ticketing Ltd and my son. He contacted the press after seeing a similar story. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/179494
Things are going from bad to worse. Now receiving a ticket a day issued around 5am and now being stuck to windscreen with glue and potentially causing damage. As you can see from the article Factor admits that these fines cannot be enforced and CT Ltd's response is unbelievable.

So a clear case of criminal damage by Central Ticketing.

    What a tit.

Just leave all the tickets and letters under your wiper every night and build up a collection. The Central Ticketing dunce only gets satisfaction from thinking his victims take his silly junkmail seriously.
  • The police do not wish to become involved and state that no crime has been committed. HUH! Unfortunately, leaving the tickets is not possible as son requires to use his car every few days and therefore has to remove the tickets and the glue. Took him 15 mins last time.

A crime has been committed. That of gluing the tickets to the windscreen. The police or traffic wardens aren't allowed to do that, so why do these clowns think they are above the law?

Why don't he try one of those car covers, they cost less than £20 from argos, I use it for mine in the winter, could do the job for your son, instead of un-gluing stuff on the screen

Or you could try this LOL

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
