Hi folks sorry not been in touch for a while, i am still waiting for norton to get back in touch with me, apparently they have contacted picture {the loan co} and got the required info as to reschedule my loan without ppi and they have now passed the matter to their insurers. Me thinks a phone call to spur them on is coming. Do not lose the faith.;)

Sounds like its coming to end for you now, no harm in chivvy them along. Good luck and let us know the out come.

Thanks for the update on this and sorry to hear you are still awaiting your refund

I think Norton are extracting the urine over this as I'm having similar problems. My lender was Swift - by name but not by nature as they have had since April to get the info Norton need to calculate my refund to them and have still not done so. Norton seem quite happy to let them drag their heels over this and the FOS say as they are a broker and reliant upon others to provide the info, it is perfectly reasonable for them to take extra time!

Hopefully your wait is nearly over though
