Faster Payments Transfer (2 hours??)

I know the whole faster payments system says "upto 2 hours" to become available in destination account, but everytime ive ever done a FP transfer its been in the destination account within a minute or less. I just had an FP done to my account and it still isnt showing after 40 minutes, has anyone ever had an FP take upto…

Faster Payments works by Real time Gross Settlement - reconciliation with the Bank of England occurs once in the afternoon and once in the evening, nonetheless, for you, it should be seen immediately.

if it's not, then either the receiving bank is playing shenanigans (unlikely) or the sending bank hasn't posted it yet because it's been flagged for a check (likely)
