Talk Talk Free Broadband. Is It For Me?

I have signed up for the free talk talk broadband with there No 3 option for calls. I have started to receive the phone service and have been told that my broadband will cost £10 per month until September when it will be free. I still have no Broadband with TT. When it goes live will my BB be free or has one been blagged?
